Capsized dinghy and sailor rescued 12th July 201526th March 2016 A dinghy and one casualty were recovered from the water off the coast of Millisle today. The casualty was unharmed and the dinghy was towed to Donaghadee where it was pumped out and brought ashore by the lifeboat volunteers.
